Refund policy
Thank you for considering Paddy’s Patches for your purchase. We understand that returns can be necessary, and we strive to provide a fair and transparent return policy.
All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover the costs associated with shipping and handling the order. Our return policy extends for a duration of 30 days, and we regret to inform you that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges beyond this period.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. Please note that gift cards are non-returnable items.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund, which will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
In case you do not receive your refund on time, we suggest checking your bank account and contacting your credit card company or bank to confirm the status of your refund. If you still do not receive the refund, kindly reach out to us at returns@paddyspatches.com, and we will assist you further.
Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, we may deduct the cost of return shipping if we provide a return label.
